Thumbs2008 - Freeware for XP

A good friend on mine (Oktay :-) ) wrote a software to resize images and ask me to share this with you. There are a lot of features and a nice GUI.
- Automatically resize images to desired size
- It rotates your images (read exif)
- Build in Image viewer

- .NET 2.0 required

If you should receive an error while starting, then you need to install .NET 2.0
